I'm all Beyonce'd out having watched portions of her millions of new videos. She is actually nuts in some of them. I'm not gona post them cos I don't care that much. She looks hot tho..her weaves are the tru stars of the show.
In other news, all these articles gunning down Sanjaya are hilarious, and if he does win American Idol I will feel so bad for Ms. Hippo, LaKesha, Blake and all the other ones who can actually sing. Shock Value Bonus Tracks

The track is a bit 2D until the griiiiiiiiiiiimey ass beat switch, THAT is what a Timbaland beat is all about. I do feel that M.I.A could have murked if she was on a beat with a bit more bounce, this one was too laid back.

Eruption
Dancehall artist Erup (or Erupt..) is quite underground, but was brought to the forefront of the scene with his track 'Seh Dem A Gangsta' which is a garisson tune which when dropped in a dance will guarantee a chorus of 'bullet bullet's and 'buka buka's followed by a wheel (if the selenky is on point).

Shocking
Those of you hoping for a banging hip-hop album when pressing play on Timbaland's latest installment 'Shock Value' may be surprised.
On paper 'Shock Value' looks like it will pack a punch with huge stars from various corners of the market, from Dr Dre to Elton John, the wide spectrum promises excellence.
The problem here is Timbaland wanting to showcase himself as an artist. We all know Tim doesn't write rhymes, he hasn't hid that. His genius is behind the boards, and if this album's purpose was to showcase his beats, he's done alright.
I'm still trying to get over the fact that the Jay-Z track never made it on the album, the way it was described was enough to get me excited.
The track I was most anticipating was Bounce. Hearing it on a good system will indeed make you bounce, but not as much as it could have. It does have its flakes of genius however, namely the laughing girl sample throughout. Missy's verse is a perfect example of why she has fallen off, here she is on a Timbo beat after a minute, and everything about her verse is bullshit. Missy was never Foxy or Kim, and she never will, and to me..talking about how she wears no panties and how shes gonna take everyones man is not working. What happened to the abstract and potent flow Missy used to deliver? This to me is proof that Missy+Tim does NOT always equal excellence. Maybe Missy can't keep up with Tim's evolution.
The highlights of the album for me are KERI LYNN's tracks. As Sdot said, she is indeed a beast, and her part in Shock Value has proved that she IS a PROBLEM. 'The Way I Are' is meaaan! The synths are reminiscent of old skool trance/pop and of the whole futuresex/lovesounds movement. Keri could have murked that track alone, D.O.E's verse wasn't needed.
Miscommunication is genius, Keri may not have a powerhouse voice like Beyonce, but her aggression on this track is apparent, and when she harmonizes I melt lol
Scream isn't really me, but I appreciate it for what it is.
BOMBAY is mucks, and I admire Timbo for putting a track on his album which has a majority of its vocals in another language as the Ignorant listener would be like 'i aint no what shes sayin'. (I still think Raje would have KILLLLED it.)
One and Only is great! To have me bumpin a Fall Out Boy track is a lot. 'Wipe that smile off your fucking face' is a mad entry to the song
Apologize is also a lot, fit into the 'Say It Right'/'I Think That She Knows' bracket.
2 Man Show is a funny one, I'm not too sure about it. Elton's haunting piano roll is big, and the choir sounds amazing on it, the strings complement the whole sound too. Content-wise its a mess, I don't wana hear a whole tune of Timbo braggin. Elton John is a great songwriter, and he is definately not just a piano man. I feel like this track could have been epic, but then again that seems to be a feeling for the whole album.
All the other tracks are average to me that could have easily been replaced with a great jigga song, or the rumoured Lil Weezy collab. (Tim and Lil Wayne would have murrrrrked).
And who is this Mya sounding Money chick?

Tdot's Riddim Again
Ok, so I'll try and do this as much as I can, but good quality dance hall riddim mp3s are getting harder and harder to find without paying.
In this section I'll do a lil mix of a riddim i'm feelin, it might not necessarily be brand new, so piss off and go to a jamaican dance if it bothers you.
If i was a real live selenky, i would invest in records/cds, but i'm not..so limewire and message boards are my best friends...anyway
The Pepper Spray Riddim is a riddim from the renaissance camp, which is clearly the superstar and inpecta riddims cleverly merged together to form a high-energy instrumental.
Unfortunately a lot of the artists could not transfer the energy from the riddim into their vocals, and ended up creating sounds that are far from unique. Although the riddim has potential, I can't see it making moves in a dance, which is a shame.
My riddim mix contains tracks from Esco, Munga Honourable, Macka Diamond, Busy Signal, Tony Matterhorn, Vybz Kartel & Elephant Man (in that order).
Elephant gets the wheel up, with his wild gallup of rhymes coupled with a few female vocals.

Look out for the Raging Bull Riddim, I don't have all the tunes yet, but I might post Mr Vegas' cut..cos its bigger than Paris Hilton's fanny.

So today was bloody blits again and people STILL wana wear flip flops, it was fucking snowing, c that shit gets me bare vex. i've already ranted about that, so i'll allow it for a bit.
People wana wear ripped up converse shoes, u MUST be on low income to not be able to afford new converse shoes, £35 aint shit, fuck that i aint gona front, i got mines from sports world for £17.50 wutchuknoaboutdat.
I was shocked today when i went to the cash point and took out £20, i swear i thought i was in scottland cos the atm pushed out a new crips £20 note, not any new note, but the BRAND NEW DESIGNED £20 note, i got shook i didnt kno what to do, so i went to the sweet shop and bought bubble gum and left with bare change (thats wut ppl with fake notes do *take note*).

Next is Nate Dogg with the hook, its a gangsta hook man, its dope.
Then Biggy, he gives me chills when he comes thru with "fuck around and feel the fury of a high ni**a", he OWNS this song, its an old verse, im not sure what song its from, but u can tell why he was one of the best MC's.
Busta raps in his crazy turrets syndrome way, murks the track.
Now Foxy goes maddd on this track, She was 100% DEAF when she recorded this song, she had someone tappin the beat on her shoulder and she fuckin delivered, i go mental wen she spits, she rides the song in an incrediable way and ends her verse with "Bad Gal Dutty, Foxy N Pappa".
Snoop goin on like hes gona kill people, Snoops got a short verse, but as usual delivers.
Over all this song is FUCKING SICK, i have no idea why it hasnt blown up yet.

Seeing as Mr.T fast himself to post on the blog, I thought I'd might aswell bless people with this song.
Its a song by Toni Braxton, called "Please", it was the first release from her latest album "Libra". The song has Toni's thick, deep sensual voice over a Scott Storch sick thumpin b line beat which is covered with violins kinda like Missy's *pushfaceup* "all in my grill". oh its also got new girl Keri Lynn singing backin & she co wrote the song.

The song has Toni's thick, deep sensual voice over a Scott Storch sick thumpin b line beat which is covered with violins kinda like Missy's *pushfaceup* "all in my grill". oh its also got new girl Keri Lynn singing backin & she co wrote the song.

Timbaland - Miscommunication Featuring Keri Lynn Hilson & Sebastian
This track is from his upcoming album 'Shock Value' (due for release on 02/04/07).
The track is nice, similar production to JT's Summer Love, and is in a way Timbaland's version of 'Last Night'. Keri's vocals are aggresive but sweet, and she dominates the track, much like young Keyshia Cole did on Last Night.
I am looking forward to Shock Value, purely to hear Timbaland's beats, and Keri's voice (and the Missy track sounds dope).
